Kaizen Therapy provides non-invasive body sculpting (WonderAxon) and facial contouring (WonderFace) services at our studio in Bentleigh, VIC. All treatments are performed by trained practitioners and are non-medical in nature. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before commencing treatment, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire. Treatment may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have metal implants in the treatment area, have a pacemaker or defibrillator, or have certain medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it may not be safe or appropriate for you.
All bookings are managed through our Mindbody platform. By booking an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide adequate notice of cancellation.
We understand life happens. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though existing packages will be honoured at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Payment plan arrangements (e.g., $200/week for the 12-week program) must be maintained throughout the program. Missed payments may result in suspension of sessions until the account is brought current.
Our results guarantee applies to the 12-Week Body Transformation and 6-Week Facial Rejuvenation programs under the following conditions:
If these conditions are met and no measurable improvement is demonstrated, you are entitled to a full refund of your program fee. The guarantee does not apply to single sessions or maintenance memberships.
Progress photographs are taken for treatment records. Use of photographs in marketing materials (website, social media, advertising) requires separate written consent. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your treatment. See our privacy policy for details.
Maintenance memberships are available in four tiers: Maintain ($199/month, 1 session), Optimal ($349/month, 2 sessions), Premium ($599/month, 4 sessions), and Accelerate ($999/month, 8 sessions). All memberships can be cancelled at any time with 7 days written notice before your next billing date. Unused sessions do not carry over to the following month.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or applied retroactively to existing packages.
While our treatments are non-invasive and considered low-risk, individual results may vary. Kaizen Therapy is not liable for results that differ from expectations, provided the treatment was delivered as described. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or contraindicated treatments where health information was not disclosed.
